What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, what the enquiry is about, your message, and any optional details you choose to add (company, phone, country, dates).

If you apply through “Join our family”: your name, email, where you'd fit, your message, and the CV or link you choose to send (plus where you're based, if you add it).

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to work on your project. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details for marketing.

A CV is used only to consider you for work with Go Wide. It arrives as an email attachment — the website doesn't store it — and we delete it whenever you ask.

Who handles it

The website is hosted by Vercel. Form messages are delivered by email to info@groupgowide.com through Resend, a transactional email service, and kept in our mailbox. If your enquiry is about marketing & AI, we may share it with Nexo Terra so they can reply.

Some films play from our YouTube channel. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play; then the video is served from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) under Google's privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@groupgowide.com.

Accessibility

We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA: every page works with a keyboard, background video can be paused and stays still if your device asks for reduced motion, and films only play when you choose. If something doesn't work for you, tell us at info@groupgowide.com and we'll fix it.
